Our factory is located in Baringa, Sunshine Coast. Full details regarding the address and factory access will be provided during the interview process.

Standard factory operating hours are generally 6:00am to 2:06pm, Monday to Friday. Specific shift details will be discussed with successful candidates.

We pride ourselves on a hands-on, supportive, and quality-focused factory culture. Our team is collaborative, and we value tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship and attention to detail.

While RV experience is a bonus, it is not mandatory. We welcome qualified tradespeople from all sectors (e.g. marine, automotive, cabinetry and electrical) whose skills are transferable. On-the-job training is provided to ensure quality standards are met.

We are hiring across the board, including but not limited to: Qualified Cabinet Makers, Electricians, Plumbers, Fabricators, Welders, Painters, and General Assemblers. Please refer to our Seek listing for the most current and comprehensive list of vacancies.
